The Indigo Informatics Competition is a free, original programming contest for pre-college students interested in competitive programming!
Indigo is run by a group of students from Carmel High School who want to share their passion for computer science with their community. We work in collaboration with expert programmers from institutions like Purdue, Harvard, and MIT!
Our problems are USACO-style, and contestants have 2.5 hours to solve as many problems as they can! The contest is entirely virtual, meaning anyone can participate!
Stay tuned to hear about our next competition, happening during the 2024-25 school year!
This is our primary means of communication. Join for updates, assistance, and to connect with other competitors!
Anybody can participate, regardless of home state! However, see here for restrictions on prizes.
We've designed the problems over a wide range of difficulties to accommodate many skill levels. If you're familiar with if-conditions, loops, strings, and integers, you can start solving problems!
All you need is a computer on which you can run the programming language of your choice, along with a stable Internet connection!
A team can have up to two people! Both members of a duo should fill out the sign-up form.
Nope! This contest is completely free.
Prize info is TBD.
